Curated from a YouTube channel I started back in 2011, these stop-frame animations are created using Lego, otherwise known as 'Brickfilms'.
Stemming from a project I created in a production class I took in college, the first video I created got 20,000 hits over a few days. That's nothing by today's standards, but at the time it was quite overwhelming. I was active up until 2016, and then again from 2020 to 2021. At the moment I've taken a break from this type of work, but I hope to revisit stop frame animation as a medium. Perhaps by incorporating different materials and custom made characters or set pieces. Below are some select videos from the channel, and ones that I felt show my animation skills at their best.
